Our Leadership Team

  • Jada Bratton, BSW, LCCA Executive Director

    Jada was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and earned her B.A. in Social Work from St. Edward’s University in Austin. Before joining Parks Youth Ranch, she supported children and families through emergency disaster relief, bilingual case management, and refugee services. She became PYR’s Assistant Shelter Administrator in 2015, was licensed as a Child Care Administrator in 2016, and promoted to Shelter Administrator the same year. In 2023, she also assumed the role of Executive Director.

    Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, traveling, the outdoors, swimming, hiking, and teaching yoga.

  • Ke'Ana Long Shelter Administrator

    Ke’Ana was born in Jasper, Texas and raised in Houston. She graduated from Travis High School and earned a bachelor’s in Human Services from Southern New Hampshire University. Since 2015, she has worked with youth in care as a direct care staff, case manager, and Licensed Childcare Administrator.

    In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.

  • Annie Cervenka Development Officer

    Annie Cervenka, a Freeport native and Texas A&M Journalism graduate, joined Parks Youth Ranch in April 2024. She brings over 20 years of fundraising and event management experience, including 13 years as Development & Marketing Manager at the Gulf Coast Marrow Donor Program. A dedicated volunteer, she has chaired events for St. Laurence Catholic Church and School.

    Annie lives in Sugar Land with her husband, Brian, and enjoys time with her grown children, traveling, dining out, and spending time with friends.escription goes here

  • Cynthia Ortego Executive Assistant

    Cynthia joined Parks Youth Ranch as Executive Assistant in July 2024. She brings nonprofit, residential care, and bookkeeping experience from roles at Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels and a residential treatment center.

    She lives in Richmond with her husband and enjoys time with her two adult children, granddaughter, and crafting in her free time.

  • Tony Bratton Interim Executive Director

    While our Executive Director is out on maternity leave, Tony, will serve as Interim Executive Director.

    Tony holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from the College of Biblical Studies and brings over 20 years of experience serving youth and families in Fort Bend County. He has held several roles at Parks Youth Ranch, where his leadership and dedication have made a lasting impact.

    In his free time, Tony enjoys finance, football, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his daughters.
